A Flexi Form is a digitized version of any existing paper form: a safety inspection, JSA, site checklist, or client sign-off sheet. You upload an image or PDF of the form into Aimsio and attach it to a job so your crew can access and download it from any device.
Flexi Forms support image files and PDFs. Take a photo of any paper form or upload an existing PDF directly from your computer or device.
Flexi Forms are static documents; crews can view and download them from any device but cannot fill them out digitally within Aimsio. For fully digital form capture with field submission, see Aimsio's Tickets and Timesheets features.
You can assign a form to a job at the time of creation by selecting a job number. If a form was created without a job number or needs to be moved, use the attach action to assign it to any job at any time.
All Flexi Forms are stored in Aimsio and linked to their assigned job. They can be downloaded as PDFs at any time from the Flexi Forms page or directly from the job record.
