One-Click Export
At the top of nearly every section in Aimsio, you'll see an export button. Click it to download your data as a clean CSV - ready to open in Excel or import into another system.
Basic or Detailed
Choose the level of detail you need. Use "Basic CSV Export" for a high-level summary, or select "Detailed CSV Export" to get every field and data point available.
Invoice Exports
Export invoices from the Report Center in a format compatible with your accounting software. Set your date range and invoice type, then download the CSV.
Payroll Exports
Export payroll data from the Report Center. Set your payroll period and employment type, then download the CSV for import into your payroll software.
Accounting Software Compatible
Aimsio supports compatible export file configuration for QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 50, Sage 300, Ceridian Powerpay, and any other software that supports CSV import.

Navigate to the section you need
Go to the section of Aimsio containing the data you want - Jobs, Timesheets, Invoices, Billable Items, or nearly any other module. You'll find an export button at the top of the page.

Nearly every section in Aimsio supports CSV export, including Jobs, Billable Items, Timesheets, Invoices, and more. There are a few exceptions, but most operational data you work with in Aimsio can be exported with a single click.
A basic CSV export gives you high-level, summarized data that's easy to review at a glance. A detailed CSV export includes every available field and data point, giving you the depth you need for thorough spreadsheet analysis or system imports.
Aimsio supports compatible export file configuration for any software that accepts CSV import including QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 50, Sage 300, and Ceridian Powerpay. If your software is not on the list, Aimsio can set up a compatible CSV configuration for you.
Navigate to the Dashboard, open the Report Center, and select Invoice Export. Set your report parameters such as date range and invoice type, then download the CSV. Alternatively, you can select invoices from the Invoice page and use the Sage or QuickBooks export option.
Navigate to the Dashboard, open the Report Center, and select Payroll Export. Set your payroll period and employment type, then download the CSV for import into your payroll software.
Standard CSV exports are available across all Aimsio plans, including Aimsio Lite, Essentials, Performance, and Ultimate. The specific datasets available for export depend on which modules are included in your plan.
